The Chinese Football Association (CFA) has announced that Shenzhen FC, the football club based in Shenzhen, China, has temporarily escaped from the league's relegation zone.

In a statement released on Friday, CFA said that Shenzhen had won all three of their matches since their last defeat, which came against Wuhan Zall in October. As a result, they have moved up to 15th place in the league table, just one point off safety.

The news comes after Shenzhen FC suffered a shock defeat against Wuhan Zall in October, which saw them drop down to 22nd place and enter the relegation zone. However, their recent run of form has seen them bounce back and move closer to safety.

The team's manager, Peter Lee, praised his players for their resilience and determination, saying: "We're very happy with our results recently and we're looking forward to continuing this momentum into the rest of the season."

Meanwhile, the CFA's deputy general secretary, Zhang Guoqiang, said: "It's great to see Shenzhen FC perform so well and avoid relegation. Their fans will be proud of what they've achieved."
